A petition was filed by Teamsters local 355 to represent certain individuals at United Road Baltimore. A hearing was held with the National Labor Relations Board to determine which individuals would be eligible to vote in the election. Both the Company and the Union have submitted their position statements and briefs to the NLRB. The NLRB will now review all submissions and return their decision, which will clarify who is eligible to vote along with the dates for the election.
WE ARE CURRENTLY WAITING FOR THE NLRB DECISION.
Once we have the Board’s decision we will communicate that to all of you. However, If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask your manager.
